I really do appreciate your feedback and questions and would like to encourage anyone who finds themselves wondering
“Hmm... I wonder if we can use that?”
to get in touch to see if I can help out with your system or website.
Additionally, it might not be as costly as you expect; since my preferred servers and systems are machines which run on Linux, a free open source operating system that normally outperforms Microsoft Windows.
Since it is free software, rather than the costly Microsoft solution, the savings are disseminated throughout the provider costs. I do use and have extensive knowlege of Microsoft's products and have no problem in writing for MS products - needs must when the devil drives!
My method to create a site is to do it from scratch. No templates, no tedious and cheap stock photography: simply a bespoke site tailored to suit your taste, specifications and needs.
My indepth understanding of markup languages and awareness of ever-improving standards, accessibility and availability issues means that I can create pages upon pages of accessible, good code and markup for your site or system.
If you're wondering if I can be of assistance to your business or self-promotion and would like to see what I have to offer - again, please contact me.
You're probably wondering that there's nothing exceptional about a computery-designerly person having a website.
In fact, you've probably seen enough of them to turn your stomach and probably learnt enough to start up for yourself :).
I hope the difference here is that my default design which I proudly display my miniSite (including all the written content, graphics and site-coding) took less than two (2) days to complete.
I hope you are suitably impressed and are wondering how to implement some of the things in your own site from my Computing and coding section. If you are interested in this, or would like some advice please contact me.
Perhaps as a reminder of my coding, imaging and web skills.
Probably as a boost and as an extra line on my CV.
